Arrivals halls at Tokyo Haneda Airport

Haneda arrivals are handled across Terminals 1, 2 and 3 according to the operating flight. International and domestic arrival procedures differ. Check the terminal for the specific flight before meeting a passenger.

After landing

1. Follow the signs and staff instructions for the arrivals route.
2. International passengers should complete immigration and customs procedures as required.
3. Check the flight information screens for the baggage carousel.
4. Report missing or damaged baggage to the airline before leaving the reclaim area.
5. Follow signs to the correct rail, monorail, bus, taxi or pickup area.

Meeting passengers
